After introducing online assessment of cabin crew applicants, the airline has reduced the number of no-shows during its assessment centre stage saving valuable resource time. It has been able to process a higher number of applications – fairly, transparently and objectively – and has reduced time-to-hire, improved the quality of successful applicants and increased the Maths and English assessment pass rate at the live assessment centres.
